September 27--October 2, 2006, N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Representative, George Hutchins, was on location, in Nuremberg, Germany, visiting both the Old Nuremberg Prison, and the Nuremberg Justice Building, "PALACE OF JUSTICE."

October 1, 2006 {1946} was the exact 60th Anniversary of the first Nazi War Crime Trial verdict, held in Nuremberg, Germany, at the close of World War Two.  N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL made a special point to be in Nuremberg, Germany on October 1, 2006.

In addition to October 1, 2006, N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL,  was also in Nuremberg, Germany, 10 years earlier, during October 1, 1996, {1946} on the 50th  Anniversary of the Final verdict at the first Nuremberg Trial for German World War Two Leaders, during the period of time when former U.S. War Crime Prosecutor, William E. Jackson spoke on German Television.

Both of these travels, were complimented by the N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL travel to Nuremberg, Germany November 20-21, 2005, the exact 60th Anniversary of when the first Nuremberg War Crime Trial opened: November 20-21, 1945.

** N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL NOTE: During both World War Two [1939-1945] and World War One [1914-1918] even though the Americans were not involved directly during the first few years of each conflict, the Americans lost lesser than TOTAL One Percent {1%} of deaths as Prisoners of the Germans.

Overwhelmingly, MOST American Prisons of War, during both World War One, and World War Two, were treated very well by their German Guards.

A greater percent of Americans died as prisoners of the British during the American Revolution [1775-1783], and the War of 1812 [1812-1815], than as prisoners of the Germans during two world wars.

In addition, during the U.S. Civil War [1861-1865], a greater percentage, and in number, of U.S. Army Federal Northern Soldiers, [Yank Blue Coats], died in U.S. Confederate Southern Army Prisoner of War Camps, than Americans, who were prisoners of the Germans in both World Wars.**

The U.S. Civil War [1861-1865], was the world's first modern war.  Fighting disease, creating better sanitation, automatic weapon systems, machines, and factory production, were the bottom line in the U.S. Civil War.  This has been the bottom line in all wars to the present, even to the year 2007.

The Malmedy Massacre was a VERY ISOLATED CRIME, CONDUCTED BY A SMALL NUMBER OF CRIMINALS, on December 17, 1944, by members of the German 1st SS Panzer Division, during the Battle of the Bulge.  Most German Soldiers would have NEVER did this to American Prisons of War, during World War Two.   "Clear Evidence States, after the U.S. Soldiers surrendered, on December 17, 1944, a fight broke out, which caused the Germans, in panic,  to shoot the American Prisoners, as the Germans were attempting  to capture Antwerp." **

INTERNATIONAL NOTE:  March, 1948, U.S. Senator Joseph McCarthy, brought to light at the U.S. Congress, the confessions gained from the German SS Officers, concerning the December 17, 1944 Malmedy Massacre of U.S. Prisoners of War, by the German 1st SS Panzer Division, were obtained under torture. Upon receiving this evidence in 1948, the U.S. Congress reduced and commuted many punishments given to Germans by military tribunals at the end of World War Two. Confessions obtained under torture, are illegal under U.S. Law.

AMERICAN-BRITISH WAR CRIME DRESDEN:  Mass Murder of German Civilians Dresden, Germany, February 13-14, 1945, was completely unprotected by anti-aircraft guns and search lights.  Dresden had NO air defenses. Thousands of civilian refugees fled to Dresden to escape the advance of the Soviet Army in the east, with the belief Dresden would not be a target of British-American Bombing, and Dresden would be safe sanctuary until the end of the war. Thousands of civilian refugees perished in the fire storm of Dresden, created by British and American bombs February 13-14, 1945. These same civilians came to Dresden to escape participation in the war, but were instead murdered by a furnace hell fire which was created during a gigantic air raid, which struck non-industrial [non-military] targets. The fire storm was purposely created: First the fires were started by bombs carrying highly flammable liquids.  Once the fires were started throughout Dresden, then standard high explosive bombs were dropped to assist the spreading of the fires, and to knock holes in buildings to give the fires plenty of oxygen, to cause the giant fires to burn faster. The firestorm reached 1,000 Degrees (Fahrenheit), and could be felt by flight crews flying 1,000 feet above Dresden, as thousands of innocent civilian refugees perished on the ground, throughout Dresden.** February 13-14, 1945, in addition to dropping more bombs on Dresden than during any previous, single month of World War Two, the British-Americans dropped close to as many bombs, by tonnage, on Dresden, than during the entire first 3 years, of the entire Second World War in Europe.** Dresden was a long established European cultural center.  Dresden's destruction, did not contribute to shortening World War Two. The bombing of  Dresden was a clear act of MASS MURDER.

The military production taking place in Dresden, was not of the size nor quality, which would have changed the course of the war.

During World War Two, the Germans did not bomb British civilian populations, as specific targets, until the British FIRST Targeted German Civilians SPECIFICALLY,  as primary targets for bombing.**

The Germans did not bomb (Coventry, England)--(London, England) British civilian centers, specifically, until ONLY after the British bombed SPECIFICALLY, German civilian centers FIRST.** The Germans did not bomb England, until the British rejected very generous armistice terms, following a swift Blitzkrieg crushing France, and driving the British from mainland Europe in 1940.**

During 1945, the Germans were given NO TERMS for an armistice, and NO TERMS, even for an honorable surrender, by the British-Americans, even though the Germans had been very gracious before, to the British in 1940.

Germany declared war on America, ONLY after Germany became angry over America providing weapons to German enemies, in a war, in which, the Germans were attempting to end, as soon as possible, in which, these U.S. provided weapons were used to KILL GERMANS.

In the year 2007, America is currently angry with Iran for providing weapons to American enemies.

The Germans DID NOT start World War Two World War Two was the result of Several Grievances

MUNICH CRISIS 1938 Germans who had lived in Czechoslovakia for several generations wanted to become part of Germany, which was denied by the Czech government until International pressure allowed this to take place.   This was called the "Munich Crisis."

The Slovakian government also wanted independents from Czechoslovakia, in which the Czech government had representatives of the Slovakia independents movement thrown into prison. The Slovakians were friends of the Germans. It was at this point, the German government sent the German Army to take Prague, Czechoslovakia, to set up a new government, which would grant independents to Slovakia. The Polish government, who were also aggressors during World War Two, sent the Polish Army to seize part of Czechoslovakia as well. The Munich Crisis was about granting independents of nationalities who no longer wanted to be part of Czechoslovakia. **[Pages: 428-454]

POLISH CORRIDOR CRISIS 1939 After the "Munich Crisis," in which the Polish Army seized part of the former Czechoslovakia, by force, the German government wanted to build a highway "Autobahn," and two lanes of Railroad Track, "Eisenbahn," across the Polish Corridor with permission of the Polish government.

The Polish Corridor was part of Germany until it was taken from Germany at the end of 'World War One' in 1918. The reason the German government wanted to build a highway and two railroad tracks across the Polish Corridor was for economic travel trade reasons, and so Germans residing in Danzig and in the German state of East Prussia could travel for holidays to Germany. The German government also wanted Danzig to be given the right to become part of Germany, because the majority of the citizens in Danzig voted to become part of Germany. The Polish government denied the Germans to build a highway-railroad across the Polish Corridor, and denied the citizens of Danzig to become part of Germany. Upon receiving both refusals from the Polish government, German Armed Forces attacked Poland on September 1, 1939.**[Pages: 455-512]

GERMAN VICTIMS IN RUSSIA "VOLGA GERMANS" Each village, indicated with a black dot, with name upon the map, along the Volga River, in Russia is a German Village or Town, which existed in Russia before the American Revolution of 1775--1783.

During July of 1763, upon invitation of 'Queen Catherine the II' these Germans came to the Volga River area of Russia, turning waste lands into productive farms. By the 1930's the jealous Russians around the German Farms by the Volga River, first began to steal from the Germans, and then began to murder the Germans, all out of jealousy.**** "If revenge is justice, then all that was done to the Soviet Russian People by the German Armed Forces, during World War Two, for what was done to the Volga Germans by the Russians, long before World War Two began, can only come close real to Justice." German Ambassador  von Ribbontrop The Germans signed a treaty with the Soviets on August 23, 1939, prior to attacking Poland on September 1, 1939, to prevent a war with the Soviet Union, and to have the Soviets close by, if there was going to be a war with Soviet Communist Russia. The Soviet-German Pact allowed "Spheres of Influence," but nothing more.

German Armed Forces attacked the Soviet Union on June 22, 1941, after the Soviet Communists attacked friends of the Germans. The Soviet Red Communist Army attacked the following German Friends "allies," after signing a treaty with the Germans on August 23, 1939:  FINLAND, ROMANIA, ESTONIA, LITHUANIA, and other German Friends.**[Pages: 513-544] In addition, prior to attacking the Russian, Communist Soviet Union, on June 22, 1941, the German Government was upset by the abuses Germans who had lived in Russia, for several generations, were receiving from the Russians. In the eyes of most Germans, during 1941, going into Russia, June 22, 1941, with the might of the German Armed Forces, to the Volga River region, was justified, in the objective, to obtain farm lands which were already paid for, many times over, in the 'blood, toil, and sweat' of German settlers who came to Russia since 1763.

When the German military attacked eastern Europe during World War Two, the abuses German Nationals were receiving by eastern populations, and eastern governments were very true, as the German government stated.
